Policies

​

RESULTS VARY:

We cannot guarantee final results because of variables including skin type, age, skin care products, routines like facials and skin treatments, sun exposure, medications, health conditions, exercise etc. Under no circumstances are we able to provide or negotiate refunds.

TOUCH UPS:

It is not uncommon to require more than 1 session to achieve your desired look. Fees apply and appointments must be spaced 8 weeks apart for proper healing.

PREVIOUSLY MICROBLADING OR TATTOO:

We accept these clients on a case by case basis. If you've had your brows done in the past please email 3-5 clear photos with no makeup in good lighting to Contact@midwestmicroblading.com. If you arrive to your appointment without prior notice of your previous work you may be referred to have them removed first, and would lose the $50 deposit.

 

UNDER 18 YEARS ALLOWED:

By state law no person under 18 is allowed in our establshment. If a guest under 18 years of age was brought the appointment would be rescheduled with a loss of deposit and an additional deposit would be necessary to reschedule.

RESCHEDULE:

A 24 hour notice prior to your appointment is required for cancelling or rescheduling or the deposit is held. We are unable to accommodate repeat cancellations.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit & cancellation of appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book another appointment. Please keep in mind we will not rush the delicate process if we do not have enough time.

NO SHOW POLICY:

If you do not show to the appointment you scheduled, all future appointments require an additional deposit and pre-payment in full for the service scheduled.

SKIN LESIONS:

CLIENT DISMISSAL:

We have the right to can refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason.
